Winning King of the Hill while at McNicholas in 2016 in that program's second year of existence was a significant accomplishment. That achievement demonstrated how quickly those players developed and how hard they worked to become a respectable lacrosse program. Winning the NYS Section III Class C Football Title in the Carrier Dome in 2000 was a special experience because I grew up watching Syracuse football, basketball and lacrosse games in the Carrier Dome.
My wife Erica and I reside in Loveland with our two sons Jake (4) and Luke (3).
I enjoy playing fantasy football, box lacrosse and a little golf. Playing goalie for Bishop Ludden HS (NY) I had 294 saves as a senior and went to SUNY Potsdam where I was a captain in 2005, also graduating in 2005. While I was in college I started coaching youth lacrosse for Blue Wave, which was the youth organization for Westhill HS in Syracuse, NY. In 2007 I coached Anderson HS (OH) to a loss in the Ohio Club Division State Title game and from 2008-2010 I coached JV lacrosse at McQuaid Jesuit in Rochester, NY. In late 2010 I moved back to Cincinnati permanently and spent one year as a volunteer assistant with Sycamore HS, then spent 2012 - 2014 coaching the middle school, JV and Varsity programs at Loveland HS. I left Loveland in fall of 2014 to start the program at McNicholas HS and remained there through the 2018 season before coming back to Loveland HS. Record as a Varsity Head Coach: 44-55 including playoffs
