First win as a head coach in 2015;  Was at Reds game in 2010 when Jay Bruce hit a walk off homerun to clinch the division and a trip to the playoffs.

Bio:
Live in Loveland;  Married to Ali and we have 3 kids;  I like to travel with my family , hike,  read, and play music.
